What is Restaurant Web Lite?
Restaurant Web Lite is a highly cost-effective, modular website solution, developed specifically for the restaurant sector. You can start with a 3 page "Base" site and add additional modules to build a solution that suits the exact needs of your business.
The base site typically includes Welcome, Menu and Contact Us pages. The extensive range of additional modules include advanced features, such as online table booking requests, and email marketing. For a full list of additional modules, click here.
Based on years of experience in the restaurant sector, Restaurant Web Lite provides an inexpensive way to gain the benefits offered by the internet and is backed by a highly effective site management and support service.
How does Restaurant Web Lite work?
Based on our experience we have built a range of standard designs which can be easily tailored to suit your business by adding your name, logo, restaurant colour scheme and restaurant imagery. You choose the design and we do the rest.
Unlike most website development options, Restaurant Web Lite also gives you the option to have easy to use point and click tools to update your site at any time without additional fees or hassle.
You get the tools for uploading and inserting your own pictures into your site, as well as simple text editing features to tell your story exactly as you like to your website visitors.
Rather than paying a web developer every time you want to change your website imagery, update your opening hours, or update your menus ... you can just log in and do it yourself in minutes, with no special knowledge or computer software required. In addition you can do it from ANY Internet connected computer anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day!
Whether you want to have a simple site to just show off your menus and build an email mailing list, or want a include the option to book a table on line ... we have made it easy for you to achieve your marketing objectives and win new clients.
What is so special about Restaurant Web Lite?
Well, we believe that we have been able to create an excellent solution for our customers, because we have been specialising in the restaurant sector for a number of years.
There are many website developers out there but we have designed Restaurant Web Lite especially for restaurant owners. So we don't expect you to know the ins-and-outs of web development and programming.
We produce the initial solution for you and give you the options to add functionality and update it yourself easily and quickly. Our content management system has been designed to be really easy for you to use, even if you don't know much about computers or the internet.
How much does it cost?
The Restaurant Web Lite base site costs £150+VAT plus £15 per month management fee.*
Alternatively, you can take the monthly payment plan option (by standing order) and pay just £25+VAT per month (subject to 3 months in advance).
* Management fee covers professional hosting, up to 5 hours updates per year, online visitor statistics and telephone support.
The Base Site price includes:
• Domain name
• POP3 Email Account
• Choice of 5 designs in 5 colours
• Access to our stock image library
• A 3-page website that includes:
o Welcome page for your client along with important contact
information
o Menu – detailing all of your menus
o Contact page – providing contact information for your restaurant
including an email contact form.
• Site management service
Additional page modules are available at £50+VAT each and Added-Value module prices start from £150+VAT.
I already have a website, why should I switch to Restaurant Web Lite?
It depends on this single factor: Is your website actually Making you Money? Or is it just Costing you Money?
If you already have a successful website, then great! However we regularly find restaurant sites that aren't doing well in search engines and often hear stories about restaurant owners finding it difficult or expensive to get their sites updated. All of our clients have successful sites which they can update themselves.
We believe you should have the tools to make site changes yourself. However, if you prefer us to make the changes for you, we have built 5 hours of updates into the monthly management fee, so that you know exactly where you stand. We provide a dedicated email address for update details to be sent to and usually carry out updates within 24 hours.
In addition, we offer you added-value modules to turn your site into a real money-making machine. By providing menu's, special offer and table booking information and facilities online, you can build customer loyalty, save on marketing / administrative costs, free up the phones for table bookings, and take reservations 24/7, even when nobody is working in the restaurant. What’s more our r-Search service is proven to generate valuable new clients for your restaurant business by making your site highly visible in search engines.
How long will it take?
We ask you to complete a simple survey form and supply us with material such as logo’s, colour schemes and menus. Once we have this, a site takes just a few days to put together and typically goes live less than a week afterwards.
What support will I get?
Through our site management service your site is hosted on professionally managed servers that are monitored 24 x 7. If you have problems you can either send an email to our support desk or phone us directly on the telephone support hotline.
